About the Role:
A reputable recruitment agency in Ballarat is seeking a motivated and client-focused Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for a diverse range of clients while delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute candidate attraction strategies across various platforms and networks.
  • Negotiate job offers and contracts between clients and candidates for successful placements.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of recruitment activity and client/candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet overall business targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ambitious, results-driven, and customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
