About the Role:
A reputable recruitment agency in Ballarat is seeking a motivated and client-focused Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for a diverse range of clients while delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and execute candidate attraction strategies across various platforms and networks.
- Negotiate job offers and contracts between clients and candidates for successful placements.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of recruitment activity and client/candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet overall business targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
