About the Role:
A progressive organisation in Melbourne is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through strategic content, paid media, SEO, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor website traffic, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce compelling campaign materials.
- Report on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing roles implementing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
