About the Role:
We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our team on various construction and trade projects in Geelong. The ideal candidates will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to work as part of a professional construction crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labour and site preparation duties, including carrying materials, cleaning, and assisting tradespeople.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Load and unload building materials and set up temporary equipment.
- Maintain site cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in daily project operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or general labouring preferred but not essential.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) required before starting on-site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Awareness of workplace health and safety practices.
- Reliable transport and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
