About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner to join our team in Collingwood. This role involves cleaning and maintaining residential apartment buildings and units to ensure they are spotless, welcoming, and hygienic for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and fixtures in apartments and common areas.
- Remove garbage, restock cleaning supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Perform laundry duties including changing linens and making beds where required.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work weekends with dedicated shifts of 7.5 hours per day.
Requirements:
- Prior residential cleaning or property management cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Availability to work regular weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 7.5 hrs/day).
