About the Role:
An expanding organisation in Geelong is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver key development and infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating resources, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring outcomes align with company and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to delivery and evaluation.
- Manage multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create and maintain project documentation including risk assessments, schedules, and cost reports.
- Monitor progress and quality, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and present regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience managing projects in construction, infrastructure, or business services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana.
- Exceptional time management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification highly regarded.
